Alec Musser, renowned for his role
as Del Henry on the ABC soap opera All My Children, has passed away at the age
of 50.

The actor's fiancée, Paige Press,
announced his death on her Instagram Stories, also confirming to TMZ that Musser
died at his residence in Del Mar, California, on Friday night. The cause of
death has not been disclosed.
In a series of posts on Instagram, Press expressed her grief, writing, "RIP to the love of my life. I will never stop loving you. My heart is broken," alongside photos capturing moments from their time together as a couple.
In the wake of Alec Musser's
passing, his fiancée Paige Press shared her deep sorrow on Instagram,
declaring, "Today is the worst day
of my life. We were so happy." In another post addressed directly to
Musser, she expressed, "You were the
best fiancée I could have ever asked for."
Born on April 11, 1973, Musser
gained prominence by winning the second season of the reality series I Wanna Be
a Soap Star. This victory opened the door for his role as Del Henry on All My
Children, a part he played from 2005 to 2007.
Beyond his soap opera success,
Musser also appeared in the 2010 film Grown Ups, alongside stars like Adam
Sandler, Kevin James, Chris Rock, David Spade, Maya Rudolph, and Salma Hayek.
Adam Sandler paid tribute to Alec Musser on Instagram, expressing his deep affection for the late actor. Sandler wrote, "I loved this guy. Cannot believe he is gone. Such a wonderful, funny good man. Thinking of him and his family and sending all my love. A true great sweetheart of a person."
In addition to his soap opera and
film work, Musser made appearances in TV series such as Rita Rocks (2009),
Desperate Housewives (2011), and Road to the Altar (2009).

described him as the "best dog
dad," and expressed that their puppy Rue will always have love for her
dad.
